The Opportunity
Are you a motivated surveyor with solid experience in rural property and land management? Our client is looking for a driven and commercially minded Rural Surveyor to join their forward-thinking team. You’ll work with real autonomy across a diverse portfolio, supporting a loyal and growing client base throughout North Lincolnshire and the Yorkshire borders.

An established and well-respected consultancy providing professional management and advisory services to farmers, landowners, and commercial clients. With a highly experienced team, they deliver tailored solutions that help agricultural businesses navigate regulation and improve performance in a rapidly evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Deliver rural property and estate management services, including valuations, planning support, property transactions, and advisory work.
* Manage Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP), working with both developers and landowners on land promotion, option agreements, and commercial development.
* Advise clients on Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) schemes, grants, and subsidy applications.
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships; engage actively with the local farming and rural community.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
* Proven experience as a Rural Surveyor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of practical agriculture, estate management, valuations, and rural development.
* Solid understanding of agricultural legislation and rural planning.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Professional presentation and attitude.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to progress your career.
* Confident with IT systems.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
* FAAV qualification (or working towards).
