Requirements
17. QTS (or pending QTS as an ECT)
18. Recent teaching placements within UK primary settings
19. Strong classroom presence and willingness to learn
20. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
21. Passion, reliability, and a proactive attitude
