Job overview
Based in our offices in Solihull, you will provide efficient administrative support within the Solihull Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. Your role will include assisting the team administrator with administrative and secretarial duties and supporting our clinical team.
This post may be extended or made into a substantive role at the end of the FTC.

Person specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Business Admin Level 2 or equivalent
* English GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent
* Maths GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent
* RSA II or equivalent
* RSA Typing III or equivalent
Knowledge and experience
* Experience dealing with sensitive or distressing issues
* Secretarial experience, preferably in a medical setting
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Skills
* Minute-taking ability
* ICT skills
* Experience with Rio, Emis, and other healthcare systems
* Effective communication at all levels
