We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Administrator to become an integral part of our client's office team. You’ll be supporting general day-to-day administration across the business, while working closely with the Project Administrator to keep projects, documentation and client communication running smoothly.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide essential support across the office
General administrative duties - document control, inbox management, data entry and producing documentation
Supporting the Project Administrator with schedules, paperwork, and project-related tasks
Assisting with compliance documentation, certificates, manuals and record-keeping
Liaising with internal teams including design, projects and operations
Handling telephone calls, greeting visitors and supporting day-to-day office workflow
Helping ensure deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high
Providing administrative support to senior management when required
About You
We don’t need perfection - we want someone organised, helpful and eager to get things done.
Previous admin experience (construction sector exposure is a big plus)
Must have experience in using Sage 50 Professional
Strong IT skills — MS Office, spreadsheets, good email etiquette
A positive, “I’ll sort that” attitude
Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with different teams
High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
A proactive approach - spotting what needs to be done before being asked
Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work
Bonus points for:
Experience supporting project teams
Knowledge of construction documentation, drawings, or industry terminology
Previous experience in a small-to-medium sized, fast-paced business
