Patch Manager - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Carrickfergus Join the team at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Carrickfergus as a Patch Manager and provide a customer-oriented housing management service, with a strong focus on preventing homelessness across a designated area. About the role:
1. £16.90 per hour
2. Monday - Friday, (9:00am - 5:00pm)
3. 37 hours per week
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
7. Tenancy management & sustainment.
8. Tenancy termination & management of Housing Executive empty properties (voids).
9. Tenancy management of existing and new tenancies.
10. Secure tenants seeking to transfer to other social housing.
11. Succession, assignment, joint tenancy & direct exchange applications.
12. Income collection and rent account management.
13. Community involvement, community cohesion and community safety.
14. Liaison with the Housing Executive's leasehold unit regarding leaseholders within the patch.
What you'll need for this role:
15. Level 6 qualification with a minimum of 1 years relevant experience OR Level 5 qualification with 2 years relevant experience OR Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and 3 years relevant experience.
16. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with diverse tenants and stakeholders.
17. Relevant experience is working in a customer focused environment / social services background.
18. IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate.
19. A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
