What will I be doing?
1. Prioritise supervision across all site activities, stepping in to support staffing levels when needed to maintain performance.
2. Act as a positive role model, promoting a strong safety culture, maximising recycling, and improving operational efficiency.
3. Deliver weekly targets efficiently and within budget while managing relevant operational documents and records.
What are the requirements?
4. Proven experience supervising and developing teams to achieve high operational and recycling standards (multi-site experience advantageous).
5. Practical knowledge of HWRC operations and requirements to maximise recycling/diversion rates.
6. Appropriate waste management qualification (or willingness and ability to achieve within 12 months to meet permit/COTC requirements).
7. Full valid UK driving licence, solid understanding of safety/environmental policies, regulations, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
