As Office Manager, you will own the day-to-day running of the office and be the face of Fruition Group and Enablis. You will take ownership of the operations function and act as the first point of contact for all visitors. You will lead business-as-usual activity, alongside additional ad hoc work where required.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of our office and shape how operational support is delivered, ensuring all visitors feel welcomed into our office space. Develop your skills and grow your remit across other operational areas. You will be communicating with clients, candidates and other third parties through both written and verbal communication and you will also liaise with all colleagues around the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Own front of house for the Leeds Office, setting and maintaining the standard.
* Lead the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls.
* Own all company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
* Manage meeting room operations, including bookings, equipment, lunch arrangements and presentation of the space.
* Own office supplies and equipment, including stationery and tech, ensuring the office is always operationally ready.
* Take accountability for the upkeep of the Manchester office, travelling there a minimum of once per month.
* Own the placement process for all permanent and contract placements for Fruition, including production of accompanying paperwork.
* Lead the planning and delivery of companywide events & celebrations and support the marketing function with external events.
* Run the staff incentives programme and share regular updates across the team.
* Support HR administrative activity in partnership with the People Ops Lead, including onboarding for new employees, probation and contract changes.
* Oversee the set-up and maintenance of equipment for new starters and existing employees.
* Own document and data compliance including highlighting discrepancies and managing expiring documents.
* Manage the reference process end to end, including all inbound and outbound requests.
* Partner with the Enablis administrator on production of SoWs, compliance tracking and associate communications.
* Provide and coordinate adhoc administrative support to both businesses when required including production of presentations, reports etc.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong ownership mindset, accountable for own work load and able to multitask.
* Microsoft Office experience.
* Collaborative leader, willing to support the wider Operations team when required.
