The Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background to take on responsibility across a mix of projects, including: CP7 Minor Works Lot 8 (target cost / cost reimbursable) Standalone piling packages Coastal and sea defence schemes for Tier 1 clients You’ll be reporting to the Commercial Director and expected to manage 2–3 projects or key accounts independently, contributing commercially from tender through to final account.
