The Role
We're looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a permanent, full-time office-based role with the opportunity to develop specialist skills in our sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Managing calls and enquiries in a confident, professional manner
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks and record-keeping
* Using our in-house computer system (full training provided)
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confident telephone manner with a professional approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
