* Be able to use Canva & Capcut for Content creation & be able to post to socials
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
* Stay informed about product updates and company policies
Experience
* Previous experience in this industry is essential
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
* Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
