Housing Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Belfast An excellent opportunity to join the Northern Ireland Housing Executive as a Housing Advisor in Belfast. In this role, you’ll support customers with housing-related queries, assess applications, and help deliver vital housing services within Northern Ireland’s public sector. 1. £14.35 per hour
2. Monday to Friday (9.00am – 5.00pm)
3. 37 hours per week,
4. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
5. Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties will include:
8. Provide high quality customer telephony services, answering and triaging calls professionally, helpfully and in a timely manner.
9. Provide compassionate customer service, dealing with a wide range of customers often presenting with complex needs and issues.
10. Undertake a wide range of administrative duties to meet the needs of the department.
11. Monitor and manage inboxes.
12. Competent use of IT systems.
13. Organise and provide administrative support for a range of internal and external meetings.
Criteria:
14. BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification plus one year of relevant general administrative experience.
OR BTEC National or equivalent qualification plus two years of relevant general administrative experience.
15. Exceptionally, candidates who do not meet the qualification requirement, but who can demonstrate that they have 3 years’ relevant general administrative experience may also be considered.
16. IT/ Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate
