Job Description
3. Manage credit control processes and ensure timely collections
4. Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions, including collections and customer accounts
5. Analyse customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
6. Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile account discrepancies
7. Implement effective recovery strategies for delinquent accounts
8. Ensure compliance with credit control procedures and policies
9. Prepare periodic reports on credit control activity
10. Assist in the improvement of credit control processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
12. Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and principles
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
14. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
15. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
