Class 2 HGV Driver required in Hampshire
TLP Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a local Hampshire company for an experienced Class 2 HGV Day Driver.

Your role
You will be operating a range of Class 2 vehicles and working closely with a team of loaders and recycling operatives to ensure timely and safe collection of recycling goods from residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive and operate a variety of HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
2. Follow pre-planned routes to collect recyclable materials including paper, plastics, metals, and other goods
3. Assist with the loading and unloading of recyclables when required
4. Ensure all collections are completed in accordance with company guidelines and local council regulations
5. Carry out vehicle checks and report any faults or defects
6. Maintain accurate records of collections, mileage, and fuel usage
