The role is a 1-2 monassignmentnet with an inmediate start at a leading hospitality company based in Westminster.
Assisting with the payables function,invoicing,voice Receiving, opening, logging, and verifying supplier invoices, expense reports for accuracy and proper approval.
Processing payments to vendors via various methods (checks, electronic transfers) and managing payment schedules. Responding to vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues.
Assisting with monthly closes, preparing account analyses, and generating reports for management.
* must have experience of Oracle Fusion applications and good all round excel skills *
