Overview
Medica the UKs largest private healthcare teleradiology provider is seeking a Reporter Relations Representative to join its established operations team. This role is central to supporting contracted Doctors known internally as Reporters and ensuring they receive a first class reporting experience.
About the role
In this position you will manage relationships with up to 50 Reporters at any given time. You will coordinate their shift patterns address dropped or additional shifts and act as their main point of contact for day to day queries. Your role is to represent their needs internally and work across multiple teams to minimise downtime and safeguard productivity and revenue.
This is a KPI focused role and you will need to be confident working to targets and managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
