We’re looking for a Full-Time Gym Manager / Fitness Coach to lead our fitness facility, inspire our members, and drive growth. This is your chance to make a real difference in people’s lives while building your career in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead daily gym operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
* Deliver expert fitness coaching and advice to help clients reach their goals.
* Inspire and motivate both members and team members, fostering a positive gym culture.
* Uphold brand and service standards while driving member engagement and retention.
* Contribute to membership growth and the overall success of the club.
What We’re Looking For:
* REPS/CIMSPA Level 2 Personal Trainer certification (or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years’ personal training experience.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, proactive, and passionate about fitness.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
