* Brook Street is working with a leading Belper based boiler company looking for experienced Technical Customer Service Advisors to join their team offering best in class service to their customer base.
Location: Belper - office based role
Start date 1st June immediate interviews available
Hours of Work:
o Full-time: 39.5 hours per week.
o Shift Pattern:
+ Monday to Friday: Between 8am - 6pm
+ Saturday: 9am - 12pm

Key Responsibilities:
o Provide expert technical advice and solutions to Gas Safe registered engineers as part of the Service Technical team.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, offering timely and efficient solutions to maintain project progress.
o Assist in the development and implementation of technical projects, contributing valuable insights and guidance.
o Develop and maintain technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
o Proven customer service experience.
o GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English.
o Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
o Previous contact centre experience is preferred but not essential.
