Exciting opportunity for a New Product Introduction Manufacturing Engineer role within Rolls Royce Submarines.

Who we're looking for:
* Self-motivated Manufacturing Engineers with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Experience in fabrications, valves, complex assemblies, machining, or critical classified components.
* Degree or equivalent in engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and knowledge of six sigma/lean techniques.
* Good communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
* Execute Manufacturing Product Introduction activities, including designing the Method of Manufacture and process steps.
* Influence product definition using DFMEA/PFMEA.
* Create and validate Production Technical Instructions to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
* Manage First-offs, new part numbers, and tooling introductions.
* Represent manufacturing engineering within cross-functional teams.
