Employer’s Agent / Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employer’s Agent / Project Manager to join a growing team due to increased workload and continued expansion of Employer’s Agent and Project Management services.
Working on projects from inception through to completion. Current schemes range from small infill developments to large scale sites of 550+ homes, predominantly new build with some refurbishment works.
The Role
You will be a proactive and highly organised professional, focused on delivering an excellent service and building strong working relationships with both clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Employer’s Agent and Project Management services across multiple residential schemes
* Manage projects throughout the full construction lifecycle
* Advise clients during options appraisals with strong commercial awareness
* Manage financial aspects of projects and provide regular client updates
* Develop strong client relationships, generating repeat and new business
About You
* Have a strong understanding of the design and build construction process
* Demonstrate experience delivering mixed tenure and mixed use developments
* Possess strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction costs and values
* Show the potential and ambition to develop into a senior or leadership role
