We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive legal firm at their Newark office.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* New build transactions
* Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
You will be confident handling your own files independently while delivering high standards of client care.
About You
We welcome applications from:
* Licensed Conveyancers
* Experienced fee-earning Paralegals with a strong residential conveyancing background
You will:
* Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements
* Full-time (5 days) or 4 days per week considered
* Based at our Newark office
* Following successful completion of a 6-month probation period (full-time office based), there may be scope for hybrid working at the Partners’ discretion
* Opportunity to work from our West Bridgford office where appropriate after probation
* 25 days’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays
* Additional discretionary days at Christmas when the office closes
