Role Description
→ Building relationships with training providers to become approved AIB centres
→ Managing the full sales cycle — prospecting, conversion, onboarding
→ Managing existing client relationships and maximising customer satisfaction
→ Overseeing third-party sales agents and partners
→ Supporting marketing campaigns and events
→ Representing AIB at sector conferences and events
→ Reporting directly to the MD
What we're looking for:
✓ Experience selling to or working with training providers
✓ Background in education or the qualifications/awarding sector
✓ Can talk about AI credibly and convincingly
✓ Self-directed — this is a first commercial hire, with potential to build a team
✓ Remote, UK-based
The package:
£50,000 base + up to £30,000 commission (OTE £80,000)
