Data Center Project Manager
Hertfordshire, UK up to GBP80,000 basic + Benefits Embedded Client Enterprise level CCTV & Access Control
We're working with a leading global security technology business to find a Data Center Project Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you'll deliver complex data center security systems projects-from new builds and retrofits to expansions-helping protect some of the world's most important environments.

What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborating with data center operations teams and external vendors to scope and design security systems.
* Developing security designs and producing marked-up drawings for implementation.
* Controlling project costs, reviewing quotations, and approving expenditures.
* Attending project meetings and conducting site visits throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues to maintain schedules.
* Conducting project sign-offs to ensure installations meet Northland's standards.
* Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders on milestones and developments.
* Overseeing the smooth transition of projects into live operation.
* Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records of project activities.
What We're Looking For
* At least 5 years' experience managing projects in data center or similar physical security environments.
* Strong background in the design and implementation of access control and CCTV systems.
* Proven expertise in project management processes, including cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Great communication skills-you're comfortable engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Location: Hertfordshire based office with some hybrid flex
* Regional travel: Up to 40%
* Salary: up to GBP80,000 + great benefits package
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
