Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise Event Waiters, providing support and assistance when necessary.
* Handle guest queries and resolve any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Deal with last‑minute requests efficiently.
* Work closely and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Ensure function rooms are set up and well equipped to make both private and corporate events a resounding success.
* Complete timesheets, ensuring they are signed and correctly recorded.
