Account Executive Bespoke Software & Digital Solutions UK (Hybrid) We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to own new business growth across our bespoke software and digital solutions offering. This is a consultative sales role focused on solving real business problems, if you’re comfortable selling ambiguity, leading discovery, and closing solution-led deals, this role is for you. The Role As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first conversation through to contract signature, supported by dedicated Solutions Consultants on solution design and pre-sales delivery. You will: Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities Run discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to uncover genuine business challenges Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to design bespoke, platform-based solutions Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations Build and maintain a strong, forecastable sales pipeline Ensure smooth handover from sales into delivery teams Represent the business confidently in meetings, pitches, and presentations What We’re Looking For 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within bespoke software, digital, or professional services Proven experience closing consultative, solution-led deals Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and accountable for results Confident working alongside technical and delivery teams Compensation & Package Base salary: £50,000 – £60,000 OTE: £100,000 Commission structure: 10% of revenue (pre-tax) Paid on up to 12 months of recurring revenue One-off project revenue also commissioned Accelerators available for over-performance Why Join Us?
