The Role
You will play a key role in advising clients on complex private client matters, often involving multi-generational planning and substantial business or personal assets. The position provides significant autonomy, with the support of a collaborative and experienced team, and the opportunity to contribute strategically to client planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting wills and advising on probate and estate administration
* Delivering comprehensive estate and succession planning advice
* Advising owner-managed businesses on exit and succession strategies
* Trust creation, administration and advisory work
* Providing pragmatic, business-minded advice tailored to individual client needs
About you
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience
* Ideally STEP qualified (or equivalent)
* Comfortable advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners
* Committed to delivering an exceptional standard of client service
