Job title: Receptionist/Administrator

Job Responsibilities
* Responding to patient queries, liaising with the wider primary care team, managing appointment requests, signposting patients to services, and maintaining confidential patient records.
* Emailing, scanning and coding clinical correspondence.
* Processing prescription requests.
* Utilising information systems to support efficient workflow processes.
Ideal Candidate
* Reception or customer‑care experience; excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
* Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email) and ability to work within processes, procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
* Previous experience working in the NHS is welcome but not essential.
