Role Overview:
The Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Architect will lead technical implementation, define best practices, and ensure high-quality solutions aligned with business goals, with a hands-on approach during projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead technical design sessions and document solutions.
3. Analyze systems, troubleshoot issues.
4. Guide development teams to adhere to standards.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders for cohesive solutions.
6. Design around platform limitations.
7. Leverage Salesforce platform for business benefits.
8. Estimate effort for capabilities based on requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
* At least five years in IT solution development.
* Experience with Salesforce technologies and diverse tech environments.
* Understanding of emerging tech trends and application.
* Knowledge of product management, agile methodologies, and supporting teams.
* Relevant industry experience is a plus.
* Experience in architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
* Certified Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
* Proven Salesforce Technical Architect experience.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
* Data and security architecture knowledge.
