Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of work, were looking for a talented Asset Management Consultant (M&E) to join our Operational Engineering team.

You’ll step into a high-impact, client-facing role with a diverse workload from day one. From commercial office and industrial refurbishments to surveys and CAPEX planning, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference — while shaping the future of a growing service line.
🛠What you’ll do:
* Lead technical due diligence, dilapidation & CAPEX reporting
* Deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions
* Act as project lead on refurbishment and survey work
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams
* Contribute to ongoing service improvements
* Support business development and manage KPIs
🎯 What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Building Services Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and heating systems
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Previous consultancy or M&E project experience
* A flexible approach and willingness to travel to sites across regions
