As a Support Worker / Independent Advocate you will help vulnerable adults understand their rights, explore options and make informed decisions about their health and social care. The Support Worker / Independent Advocate will work independently, collaborating with local agencies, and delivering persuasive written and verbal representations to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. This is a home-based position involving travel around Banes, requiring flexibility, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.
