We are working with a well-established contractor within the social housing sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior / Lead Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Motherwell.
This role is focused on planned and reactive maintenance, voids, and refurbishment works across housing association contracts.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects, including:

Commercial control of reactive repairs and voids contracts
*
Management of kitchens & bathrooms programmes
*
Valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts
*
Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
*
Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff (where applicable)
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have:
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor within social housing
*
Strong knowledge of housing association maintenance and refurbishment works
*
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
