Job Summary
As Production Supervisor, you will work closely with production and warehouse teams, liaise with the Operations Manager, ensure that Team Leaders follow the program and maintain housekeeping and batch completion standards.

Responsibilities
* Successful completion and adherence of the production program
* Completion of weekly and daily shift plans
* Maintaining compliance against internal and customer audit requirements
* Batch document monitoring throughout each production stage
* Completion of all required reports and record keeping
* Involvement in the upcoming program and planning to meet KPIs and deadlines, including daily KPI measuring and recording
* Attendance at meetings when required
* Participation in projects when required
* Opening and locking of the factory when needed
* Ensure Company SOPs and GMP are followed by Production Operatives
* Control of day‑to‑day production activities and staff support
* Provide adequate training to enable production operatives to complete tasks and maintain training records
* Day‑to‑day control and support of Team Leader activity
* Booking of agency staff and ensuring sufficient cover levels
* Daily reporting to Production Manager
* Pre‑blends overseeing
* Weekly meetings with team for updates and feedback
* Lead process improvements within factory
* Timesheets management for employees and agency staff
* Liaise closely with other departments, including Warehouse
* Completion of daily SIC sheets
* Record deviations electronically
* Carry out HR activities: absence management, training, development, reviews, recruitment and disciplinary
* Approval of production holidays and absence management
* Oversee absence and holiday records in e‑days
* Ensure all employees comply with company policies and lead by example
* Attendance at daily Production Planning meetings
* Drive and maintain health & safety, hygiene and quality standards
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory position in manufacturing
* People management skills
* Project management experience
* Change management experience
* Performance management
* Disciplinary process experience
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Excellent numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to multi‑task
* Ability to lead and develop a small team
* Ability to learn and operate an in‑house computer system
