Role- Temporary 1 week assignment beginning 8th September
Hours - 8.30am - 5pm
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact in the office. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure all clients and visitors receive a welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
* Manage front desk area, keeping it clean, organised, and presentable
* Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
* Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
* Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
* Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed
* Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
* Assist other departments with clerical tasks as required
* Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Customer service orientated
