Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for Teaching Fellows - Secondary Phase to join a variety of high-achieving secondary schools in Bath and North East Somerset from this March 2026 and beyond. This could be up to a 12-month placement for the right individuals with the opportunity to introduce you to schools where you can progress into full teacher training from September 2026! There are limited spaces available but if you are serious about a teaching career but do not want to spend a year at university to do your PGCE then perhaps we can help! 🌟 What is a Teaching Fellow?
Think of it as a paid, year-long graduate teaching internship. You'll build real classroom experience and develop confidence by:
* Supporting lessons as a Cover Supervisor
* Leading small group interventions
* Stepping into the role of a trainee teacher in the future once introduced to schools
* Gradually gaining experience planning and marking lessons on top of delivering well structured lesson plans
You'll work alongside expert educators, receive high-quality support and mentorship, and prepare for a future in teaching with confidence.

💼 What We're Looking For:
We want to hear from individuals who:
* Hold (or are predicted) a 2:1 degree or higher (if you hold a 2:2 degree then please still get in touch)
* Are enthusiastic, driven, and eager to inspire young minds
* Have experience working with young people (formal or informal)
* Are well-organised, articulate, and a strong team player
* Want a genuine route into teaching in 2026/2027/2028
