Our client a well known franchised dealership group with over 20 years of Trading, seeking a Service Advisor for their Service department in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Our client represents several brands at over 14 locations across the Southeast of England who they have handpicked for their innovation, reliability, and value-for-money. Our client prides themselves on their customer service with every member of their 350 + team having the customers’ best interests at heart.
They are seeking an experienced automotive service advisor, ideally with experience using the Pinnacle DMS system, although this is not essential as full training can be provided to assist in their bustling service department.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
12. Attending to customers when dropping off and collecting their vehicles for service/repair.
13. Taking accurate notes of the customer's requests and communicating them to the workshop team.
14. Keeping customers updated during the day with the progress of their vehicle
15. Costing and gaining permission for any additional work found.
16. Preparing and presenting the customer invoice and associated paperwork.
17. Giving a full explanation to the customer of the work undertaken.
18. Presenting service products such as service plans, extended warranties etc.
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
19. Experience of working within an automotive Service Advisor role
20. IT literate
21. Customer focused
22. Ability to upsell
23. Excellent customer satisfaction skills
24. Confident communication skills
25. Ideally experience with Pinnacle DMS
26. Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
27. Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
