As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in the Oncology and Haematology departments:
* Deliver and manage a high-quality, patient-focused systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service.
* Collaborate closely with the Lead Pharmacist and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe access to the latest treatments.
* Develop and implement cost-effective and safe pharmacy practices.
* Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
* Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Occasionally deputise for the Lead Pharmacist.

The ideal Specialist Clinical Pharmacist will have:
* MPharm or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services to wards.
* Previous experience in Oncology and practical experience in an Aseptic Production Unit.
* Knowledge of Mosaiq, BD Cato, and Meditech is desirable.
* A post-graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy is advantageous.
