Argyle is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Administrator to support our growing team in Atherton. What You'll Do
* Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the construction team.
* Manage and organise office documents, files, and records.
* Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Support with data entry and maintaining databases.
* Handle general office tasks, such as maintaining supplies and ensuring a tidy workspace.
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
