At Willowbrook Mead Primary Academy, we have a new position open for an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly administrative team. The role involves providing an efficient point of contact within our reception on Thursday from 8.30am to 4pm and Friday from 8.30am to 3.30pm, totaling 13.5 hours per week for 39 weeks per year. The position includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Job overview
You will be responsible for overseeing the reception area, answering calls, handling face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors, and ensuring all visitors are monitored appropriately. Additionally, you will provide general clerical and administrative support and maintain school records.
