Responsibilities
This is an 18‑month training programme starting June 2026. You will gain first‑hand experience in the presentation team, support the production and maintenance of core and custom product presentations, and collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Compliance, Product Specialists, Investments Desks, and Sales.
* Support the schedule and delivery of presentations, perform quality control and obtain compliance approvals, keep up to date with messaging, content updates, compliance requirements, data sourcing, and upload content for distribution.
* Contribute to projects that streamline the presentations production process.
* Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Strong interest in financial markets, asset management, and investing, with a willingness to rapidly progress this knowledge set.
* Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; confident in engaging with all organisation levels and efficient, collaborative teamwork.
* Thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced culture and meet well‑defined deadlines.
* Positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Teams.
* Strong writing, proofreading, and data accuracy skills.
Nice to have:
* Exposure to Gen AI and Chat GPT.
* A highly organised, flexible and pragmatic problem‑solving mindset with project management capability.
