What you’ll do As an Insight Manager, you'll deliver actionable insight for our clients. You'll work collaboratively as part of multiple project teams, proactively building client relationships and developing new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in leading projects from conception to delivery, ensuring our work is focused on client goals and high-quality outcomes. Delivery & Leading Transformative Projects You will own the project lifecycle to ensure exceptional results and foster a high-performing culture. Leading profitable insight projects to deliver high-quality, actionable insights that move the needle for our clients. Ensuring research is always focused on client goals by overseeing the development of creative and fit-for-purpose research tools. Guiding project teams through the MHM insight process, promoting a positive culture to get the absolute best out of our team. Business-Winning, Scope, Design, and Persuade You will be a key figure in generating new and retaining existing business by maximising value at every touchpoint. You will scope and design innovative research projects that precisely address client needs and maximise value. Taking a leading role in developing and delivering compelling research proposals and pitches to persuade potential clients to choose us. Actively maintain deep relationships with key clients to ensure we remain their go-to agency and can continuously demonstrate the impact of our work.
