Birthdays off and paid for Free lunches on the last Thursday of the month A free gym membership The Role: Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, the recruitment industry and their clients, the aim is to become a market expert Create a pipeline of new business through cold calling, using LinkedIn, sending videos, using social media and almost any channel that suits you and your market Book in demonstrations for the Account Executives, with the aim of you getting into that position in 12-18 months The Ideal Candidate: Educated to degree level Experience or exposure to the recruitment industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambitious and driven (want to hit targets and progress) Confident as they want outgoing personalities, not robots!
