Role Overview A local authority is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support the implementation of a new waste management scheme. This role is critical in ensuring residents receive clear, accurate, and timely information about changes to waste collection and recycling services. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the public and internal service teams, helping to deliver a smooth transition to the new system.
