The TKO Brand Experiences Team is passionate about building extraordinary events and experiences around the globe for the TKO corporate brand and associated business units – IMG, On Location, PBR, WWE & UFC. We are known for our ability to think big while paying attention to the details that matter. This role will support the TKO Brand Experiences Team with the planning and execution of a calendar of Events that meet the needs and strategic objectives of the business.


Working Conditions:

Perm, London Chiswick Park

Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm


What You'll Do:

* Support the TKO Brand Experiences Team with the planning and onsite delivery of a calendar of world-class events and experiences. Examples include Hospitality Activations, Industry Events, Owned and Partner Events.
* Provide the team with operational support for each event – including monitoring ticket and invite lists, assisting with guest comms and queries, distributing tickets, updating rooming lists and confirming transport and accreditations.
* Manage updates for all internal reporting documents – including drafting agendas, meeting notes, and weekly statuses. Tracking the progress of event planning and keeping the team accountable on their deliverables, deadlines, and post event reporting.
* Source and manage a comprehensive vendor database for the team to use across all events.
* Assist with financial reporting - including setting up suppliers as vendors, processing invoices, coordinating team expenses, and monitoring the status of all payments.
* In addition to core Operations support, the candidate will support and learn from senior members of the team across all functions of the event delivery, including Production, Programming and Marketing.
* Opportunity to own smaller scale events, managing all stakeholders and pillars of the event from concept to delivery.
* Cross-collaborate with the wider Communications and Marketing teams, including creative, digital and PR for all relevant event deliverables.



Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g., shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc.

* *This role requires travel and out of hours work patterns, including weekend work.


You Have These:

Experience & Knowledge

* At least 1–2-years experience in the Events/Hospitality industry.
* Experience in administrative tasks, handling large amounts of complex information.
* Experience working within a team and as an individual contributor.
* Experience working with senior executives and VIPs preferable.
* Knowledge and proficiency in Google and Microsoft (excel, word, PPT and outlook).

* Excellent organisational and time management skills – with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast paced and high-pressure environment simultaneously.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Exemplary communication and presentation.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and with external suppliers and high-profile clients.
* A confident problem solver, approaching all situations with a solution orientated mindset.
* A creative approach to each project – bringing fresh ideas to the table to help the team think outside the box.
* Highly motivated and ambitious self-starter.
