Overview
Our client is supported by a busy Contact Center operation, and the business is looking to backfill a key analytics role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a suite of reports focused on Contact Center data, primarily sourced from Genesys.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain and present a suite of Power BI reports for senior leadership and board-level reporting
* Ensure data accuracy and perform QA checks prior to report distribution
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong proficiency in Power BI
* Experience in analysing Contact Center data
* Excellent attention to detail and data quality assurance skills
* Confident communicator with experience engaging senior leadership
* Engineering or technical background beneficial
