The Mission
You will be the backbone of our Parts & Warehouse Distribution team — ensuring every component, from precision mechanical parts to high-value carbon fibre body kits, is received, stored, tracked, and dispatched with absolute accuracy and care.
Your work directly supports our workshop technicians, service department, and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Precision Receiving & Quality Control
*
Accurately book vehicle parts into stock using Keyloop Drive (CDK/Kerridge) systems.
*
Label, package, and allocate parts to correct bin locations.
*
Ensure parts are protected and stored to premium standards.
* Maintain accurate inventory control across warehouse locations.
*
Source parts efficiently from approved suppliers.
*
Maintain impeccable organisation across pallet racking and storage systems.
Workshop & Service Support
*
Book parts to internal jobs and WIP on CDK Drive with precision.
*
Liaise closely with the Workshop Manager and Technicians to support live projects.
Professional Dispatch & Logistics
*
Coordinate with the Transport Department to arrange customer despatch.
*
Ensure all outbound parts are securely and professionally packaged.
*
Maintain the integrity and presentation of outgoing goods.
Health, Safety & Operational Excellence
*
Uphold company health & safety standards at all times.
*
Contribute to continuous improvement in operational practices.
*
Support general site maintenance where required.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
*
High school education.
*
1–3 years’ experience in a warehouse and/or automotive parts environment.
*
Experience using Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop Drive systems.
*
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
*
Ability to lift up to 30kg safely.
*
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport across departments.
*
A strong team ethic with a professional, can-do attitude.
Desirable
*
Forklift truck licence.
*
Automotive industry background.
