Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the General Administration of the golf club, must be able to use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents using spreadsheets and databases especially Microsoft 365.
* Monitor and handle online, email and telephone tee time requests and deal with general enquiries.
* Financial requirements will be to manage annual membership bill run and annual renewal of credit arrangements and reconcile all payment subscriptions.
* Book visiting parties on booking system and record their catering requirements and payments.
* Maintain membership database keeping member information up to date on Scottish Golf BRS and Clubv1 systems.
* Training on some aspects of administration will be given on site.
