Your new role As a Highways Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of on‑site delivery across a diverse portfolio of highways schemes, ensuring work ispleted safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. What you'll need to succeed

Lead and supervise daily site operations on highways projects including resurfacing, footways, drainage, kerbing, and traffic management.Deliver works in line with CDM regulations, RAMS, and strict safety protocols.Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors, and plant resources to meet programme milestones.Conduct regular inspections, quality audits, safety checks, and toolbox talks.Maintain accurate site records, diaries, permits, and as‑built documentation.Resolve site issues proactively and support project managers with progress reporting.Liaise confidently with clients, local authorities, utilities, and internal stakeholders.Drive a positive safety culture and uphold environmental andpliance standards.Demonstrable experience as a Site Supervisor within highways or civil engineering.Strong understanding of local authority standards, specification for highways works, and best‑practice construction methods.Excellentmunication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractor performance.SSSTS/SMSTSCSCSNRSWA SupervisorFirst Aid (desirable)
