Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Benefits
* £27,000 basic salary plus commission - £30,000 - £35,000 OTE

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
* Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
* Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
* Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
* Following office procedures & policies
* Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
* Registering applicants and attending viewings
* Ad hoc valuations
* Provide support to the Sales Manager as required
Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
* Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential, a minimum 12 months is required
* You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
* You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
* Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
* You will be well spoken and well presented
* You will be target driven and ambitious
* Possess local market knowledge
* A valid driving licence and access to own car is required
