We are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious, and expanding, nationally award-winning gastropub & hotel group. We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to support their brigade for a new opening. The role involves working in a quality gastropub with 100 covers inside and a 100-cover garden area, located in the stunning East Dorset countryside, within easy commute from Salisbury, The New Forest, East Dorset, Bournemouth, and Southampton.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience cooking with fresh produce in hotels or restaurants, or in 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
Applicants must have access to transportation and full eligibility to live and work without restriction in the UK.
