Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA required in Chelmsford, Essex.
Our client is a well-established Automotive Bodyshop in the Chelmsford area.
They are actively looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA to join their friendly and busy team! Good work ethics are needed, working well in a team as well as under your own initiative is important alongside following instruction from Bodyshop Manager.
The Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA role will be to:
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
Provide hospitality to customers if they come onto the site.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, emails, and deliveries.
Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, ensuring all correspondence is professionally presented, grammatically accurate, and aligned with company tone and standards.
Assist in producing estimates for customersDetails & Benefits of this Customer Service Advisor / Trainee VDA vacancy include:
Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus
Working Hours Monday to Friday 45 hours per week
Holiday Allowance of 28 inclusive of Bank Holidays
Uniform and PPE supplied.
