Position: Full-Time SEND TeacherLocation: Mitcham Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday We are looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teacher to join our team, supporting students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and challenging behaviour. You will play a vital role in delivering tailored education plans that help students overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: •Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students. •Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and manage challenging behaviours effectively. •Work collaboratively with support staff to implement individualised education plans (IEPs). •Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. •Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed. Requirements: •Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEND education. •Experience working with students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour. •Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to inclusive education. •Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
